Remove rock/mywii

I deleted both off these via SSH for the tethering hack, but they both are showing updates in Cydia and I dont use either now.

Whats the best way to remove all traces of them?

You should uninstall them in Cydia instead of deleting them over SSH. You don't uninstall Windows apps by deleting their folders, do you? Why would you do it on your iPhone?

Can I just select remove on Mywii and Rock as per normal? But the icons arent actually on my springboard anymore
