I've a remedy for removing ugly scratches and swirls from your Apple Magic Mouse.

I bought a Magic Mouse recently and used it with great care but still got scratches on the surface after some time. Apple should have coated the surface with anti-scratch coating like the eyeglasses lens.

I refurbish vintage watches and I remove scratches from acrylic watch crystal with Polywatch scratch removal. You can get this product from your local watch dealer.

Just apply polyWatch on the scratched area and use a clean soft cloth to polish the area with pressure until it's hot (about 3 minutes). The scratches just disappear like magic.
