Apps Remove “Tap to open”?

i really like the Now Playing complication... except when I’m not using it. I’m not a fan of it saying “Tap to open” when nothing is playing. Why couldn’t they just leave it blank or a small icon? Anyone else have a problem with this or is it just me? Is it possible to get rid of the text somehow (while still keeping the complication)?

I said this before but was shouted down. I find theres quite a lot of unattractive empty messages from 'no more events today' as you say 'tap to open', 'no upcoming events' 'tap to play radio' 'no unscheduled reminders'

I agree with you, leave it blank, show an icon, come up with something quirky to say that looks good.

I agree. No app should leave something like that on your watch face. That would make this unusable as a large complication, IMO.
