Remove top row of icons

New to jailbreaking...... I downloaded a theme (Ultimate Chrome) that has shelves as well as a clock on each screen. Can some one tell me how I remove the top row of icons on each screen so that the clock can be seen without the icons covering it? I can't seem to figure out how to NOT have a top row of icons.
