I've already tried to download the 'Remove WallpaperGradient' theme on Cydia but unfortunately, it was incompatible with my iPad. Thanks!

Here is the .rar file for anyone who is interested: http://www.mediafire.com/?2shsb9tefzlpesc All you need to do is copy/paste the images to System/Library/Coreservices/Springboard.app and respring.
