Hi guys, I'm unable to remove the Windows entry from my MacBook Pro 2011 boot loader. I tried reinstalling windows and then remove it from bootcamp assistant and also this, but seems like the Windows entry is recreated after boot. The system is on a SSD and the DVD driver was replaced by the former HD. I know that with rEFIt I can hide it, but I need to remove it in order to be able to follow this process.

Edit: SIP disabled, Pram reseted several times.

Thanks!
