Removed parallels files still accoicated with it

I removed the parallels trial form my computer using the built in uninstaller, and certain files are still trying to open in parallels.
I know I can change each file individually and set the default app for that file type.
But is there a way where I can undo parallels file association completely and not have to change each file type manually?

how do you know they are associated with parallels? I had parallels and hav eno files trying to open it after uninstall.

Because they all have parallels icons, and when I try to run them it tries to open parallels (which no longer exists).
