Removed somthing from Trash by accident

I just trashed my Movies folder :S Is there any way i can recover it :S

Did you empty the trash? There are data recovery apps but they cost a pretty penny.

The link you posted gives the impression that there is a trail version. I'd try that before spending the big money.

I strongly recommend not doing anything much at all on your Mac until you get a recovery program - any file you create (even one used for virtual memory) could overwrite all or parts of your deleted files.
