I have my apple care set up in auto pay in Safari. Recently my card was compromised and I had to get a new credit card number, but I cannot remove the number. Remove is grayed out. How can I remove it?

Where are you trying to remove it? The place to be is settings, tap your info at the top, then payments section. Tap the card then tap remove at the bottom.

You may need to add another before you can remove it if it’s the only one stored.

Thanks, but that does not work. I added the new card number and if I click on the new card I could remove it, but the old one has remove grayed out if I click on it. It's frustrating and annoying.

Thank you. I have done all of that. The old card number is no longer in my wallet, but when I try to remove it I can't. The remove button is grayed out and I can't change it.

Before calling Apple, reboot your phone to see if the problem is in fact resolved in following CC’s direction. I have found sometimes rebooting helps with what looks like a persistent problem.
