I tried to use Apple Watch Nike+ for few days, but in the end I decided to return it and for now to stick with Garmin Vivoactive HR+. I have removed Apple Watch from my iCloud account and from Health app and deleted watch app. But I am unable to remove Activity App. Is there any way to remove it, or I am stuck with it?

Unfortunately, I believe you are stuck with it unless you restore your iPhone. Not entirely sure, but if you don't do an encrypted backup and restore to the unencrypted backup, activity might disappear. Then you don't lose any data, except for passwords, but if you have iCloud keychains set up, that will restore your passwords.

Thanks for the response, will see if it get removed with software update (fingers crossed). If not, I will restore my phone.
