I hope this is the forum I should be posting in.

I have a h.264/avc mp4 video but with two audio track. However quicktime pro doesn't let me select which audio track to choose so they are both played at the same time. VLC does the job, but I was hoping to get it into itunes/apple TV/front row

Is there a program or a way to remove one of the audio tracks from the file? Or force quicktime to play only one track?

Thanks

In QT Player, go to Window > Show Movie Properties and untick the track that you don't want. If you then save the file, it'll stay unselected until you turn it back on.

Awesome! Thanks Nermal!

That worked, just wished I don't have to spend the time to save and convert the file again in mp4 format.
