Removing app (no longer in App Store) from Game Center

So I wanted to remove all the games from my Game Center account that I don't play anymore.
The way I've been doing this is re-installing the app and "removing from game center" after I deleted it again.
There are a few game which are no longer in the App Store. Eg. Cut The Rope: Holiday Gift.
Does anyone know of a way to remove these apps?
