Apple TV 4th gen (latest TVOS 13 software installed)

Can someone please tell me how to turn this annoying feature OFF. When I’m in my home network and receive a call that I want to put on speaker - I see an “ Apple TV” option alongside “iPhone” and “Speaker” when I press the audio button.

How do I REMOVE the Apple TV
Option from the audio selection?

I assume it’s something I have to do in my Apple TV Settings. Please advice. Thanks.

I contacted Apple today regarding this nuisance “feature”. They thought it was tied to Airplay, but after turning AirPlay off on both iPhone & Apple TVs, the Apple TVs STILL showed up on the iPhone speaker button list. For now, the only work around we came up with was turning WIFI OFF! No matter what we tried this was the only means of returning the iPhone speaker button to its normal TOGGLE use.

Since I don’t stream much on my iPhone & have plenty of excess cellular data, I’m ok with this work around until they give users the ability to control it.
