removing "" bookmarks

Hey I hope someone out there could help me. I was browsing through my apps and when I went to arrange them I saw 4 blank icons within the group of apps that I have. When i click to delete them it asks if I want to remove the bookmark called "" (blank). Has this happened to anyone else?

Sounds like you created a few bookmarks to your home screen. Nothing to worry about.
 
I knew they were bookmarks. is there a way to get rid of them? thank you :D
 
Same way you delete apps. Press and hold the icon until they shake. Click the x and delete.
 
i did that a few times already and it reappears every time i reboot or put the phone to sleep. is that weird?
