Removing Comments in iTunes

Hi I have read in posts about how to remove comments but this could be a lengthly process for me, it says to highlight the songs you don't want comments on and then right click and select get info and remove the tick in comments or delete the comments.

This DOES work if you are working with an Album at a time but not my entire music collection, If i highlight them all and do as described when i goto get info everything is blank and no ticks selected as it's various artists, composers, albums etc ?

Is there a way of doing this that i do not know about?

They will appear blank as there are to many variations if you select all your music

you can still do it

highlight all the music you want to remove comments from
do get info on this
place the tick in the comments box (even though its blank)
click ok, comments for all highlighted will now be blank

It will work, i do it all the time to get rid of the info in the 'composers' section.
