Removing history of recent items

Hi,

This may be a known issue, some have solved it, but I haven't.

Lion saves recent item history when you right click a media player icon on the dock.

I first had the issue with VLC, and then overcame the issue by entering a command into Terminal.

However, I have the same issue with QuickTime Player now. There's some history that I would rather not have some people see.

Please don't get confused, it's the dock, not the simple way of File>Open Recent>Clear Recent.

I used this to solve the problem for VLC, but really don't know what to do to remove from QuickTime Player.

Anyone know how to remove recent items from the dock for QuickTime?
