I have my contact info set to apply via a signature in Apple Mail. That's easy enough.

However, I would like my email address to NOT display as a link when it is sent out.

I have set it up for a specific text and colour, and when I compose the email it shows up as I want it to be, however when I send the email it converts my 1234@467.com to show up in blue as a link. I want to send the email without the address been displayed as a link.

How can I maintain the formatting and remove the link from the address while still writing the address out?
