Removing icon on Status Bar

I have an iPhone 4 and had it jailbroken on 4.0.1, then I downloaded SB Rotator through cydia. Recently, I upgraded to the new firmware (4.1) and it restored my iphone. Once I upgraded to the new firmware and had it jailbroken again. The issue is, since I restored my phone, everything should have been erased, but I still have the SB Rotator icon on the status bar. How do I get rid of it?
