Removing Jailbreak

I got an ipod touch 32gb and did a jailbreak (blackra1n)..but now i cannot transfer apps thru itunes (the downloaded ones)...is there any way i can remove the jailbreak and still stay in 3.1.2 version?
Also i deleted the blackra1n app frm iphone bfore downloading cydia...can i get it again??

If you have the 2nd gen (model starts with MB) you can restore to 3.1.2 to remove the jailbreak. If you have the 3rd Gen (model starts with MC) you can rerun Blackrain to get Cydia back again. Also be careful if you have the 3rd Gen and you click restore iTunes will put 3.1.3 on to it and you'll be unable to jailbreak it unless you have your SHSH blobs and know how to downgrade.
