Hi, I have Mac OS X installed, and I put the 2nd disk that came with my iBook which includes OS 9.2.2. I installed it, but now I want to get rid of it. When I go to delete the two folders it installed, it won't let me delete the System Folder. It says its being used by the System or something. How do I uninstall Classic OS 9? I can't find an uninstaller.

Under System Preferences choose the classic preference pane and make sure it is stopped.

Also, if it will let you, try putting it in the trash and then restarting before you try and empty the trash.

EDIT: I figured it out. I had to first select all the items in the System Folder, drag to trash, restart, and then it let me delete the system folder.
