I have a Ist Gen iPod Touch. I have a bunch of audio and music video files on it. I also have some photos, some of which I want to delete. How do I delete those photos? Do I have to hook the iPod up to my MacBook and go through either iPhoto or iTunes or can I do it without hooking it up?

in the photos app, at the top right there should be a button with a box and an arrow going through it. press it and highlight all the photos you want deleted.

alternatively, if youd rather just wipe the whole iPod entirely, go to Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content And Settings .

Hope this helped. :)
