Removing pictures from iPhone after they have synced with iCloud

Good morning -

Is there a good way to (hopefully automatically) remove pictures from an iPhone Camera Roll after they have synced with iCloud? My iPhone has roughly 1,600 pictures all of which have already synced to my computers because of iCloud. When I connect my iPhone to my MB iPhoto opens and shows only import/delete for the couple pictures that iCloud has caught up to yet... am I missing a piece to this puzzle?

yeh go to photos app them camera roll, hit edit select photos and then press delete button that will do it.....there's no automatic process
