Removing Profile from a MacBook Pro

Hey guys!

So, I'm selling my MacBook pro in 2 hours...and for some reason, when I deleted my User Profile all my files have remained on my hard drive and to format it with Mountain Lion (thanks to ***** internet) it will take 196 hours...

What can I do? Any Ideas? :/
