I remember once reading here that there was a built-in load delay to Safari. There was also a remedy to this. I remember it being something along the lines of a Terminal command, but my memory is foggy.

Does anyone remember how to remove this load delay?

Does this work for Safari 1.2.4?

The latest version of Safari Speed seems new enough, but noticed one comment that it didn't help 1.2.4?

Thx,
Frank

Thanks for the confirmation.

I've tried it - speeds up Safari a bit, but not night-and-day for me. I'm on DSL w/~1.5 meg of throughput.

Seems to work OK, but doesn't seem radically faster.

Thx,
Frank
