Removing Sign in emails from MSN mac

hi,
i have many friends that have used my msn and now have a ridiculous list of emails on my sign in list.... How can I remove them??? I've been trying for months and nothing is working.

two options


1) delete the cache / prefernce file


2) stop using that extremely crappy client and use something like Adium instead
