I've recently been trialing a piece of software called Snapz Pro and have decided that it doesn't meet my needs.

I removed everything related to it (spotlight check for Snapz) yet it still throws up messages telling me I've used it for X days out of X. Any ideas how I can blitz this?

Well, the easiest thing to have done would have been to use the "Snapz Pro X Uninstaller" in that folder.

However, go to System Preferences..->Accounts->[your account]->Login Items and make sure to delete any Snapz items you see there by clicking them and then clicking the '-' button.

I have the same problem and it is driving me nuts! I don't have the uninstall file unfortunately and deleting Snapz from the login items didn't do the trick either. Very disconcerting being prevented from deleting it! Any other suggestions?

Download the trial again and delete it using a program like Appzapper or CleanApp

Hopefully that will get rid of all the preference files that you might have missed!

Thank-you very much for your suggestions guys ~ for those who may come across the same problem, re-downloading Snapz and using the uninstaller provided did the trick.

Thanks again,

Emk
