Removing SSD from 17" MBP?

Hello all, I managed to ruin my early 2011 17" MBP already and was hoping to salvage the data on the SSD inside. Now, what tools do I need to remove the tiny, tiny screws and is there a casing to turn the SSD into an external drive?

I've done this with PC laptops before but they had more accessible screws and standard HDDs.
