Removing Temp Data when upgraded with the Official 1.1.3 Upgrader?

I have the infamous 200 MB of other on my iPod touch. I used the Official 1.1.3 Upgrader in Installer under System, if that helps to locate where this 200 MB image is?

Here is a picture. Notice the 203.1 MB of Other.

If the soft upgrade was still there, it would read closer to 500MB, its already gone, thats just other JB stuff, and its fine...
