Removing user Name from "Get Info" details off of MP4 file

I am sending a few MP4s via an external hard drive through snail mail. Before I drag the files onto the external hard drive, is there a way to remove the "User Name" from the Get Info details before copying files to HD? Everything else can stay: the date, the folder, etc.... Sure would appreciate any help.
