Rename Exchange Invitations in iCal?

Is it possible to rename Exchange events you've accepted the invitations for? My boss sends me meetings titled with just my name. When I accept the invitations it's annoying having just my name as the event.

Any way to rename this invitation event sent from Exchange?

For those looking for a solution to my problem I found if you are using CALDEV for Google Calendar in iCal you can rename the event on Google Calendar itself and save it there. When you refresh your iCal account it should be reflected there.
