rename the home folder

like my title says i have my home folder named something but it is not exactly what i want. my co woorker set it up but it is just numbers and it isen't exactly what i want. how can i change my the name with out needing a new user account made up.

Here's an article on that (and then some) for Leopard. Not sure if it still applies for Snow Leopard if you're using that.
