renaming documents in iBooks

I tried renaming documents in iBooks on my iPhone, but after restarting the iPhone, all the changes reverted back. The documents I'm talking about were originally imported into iBooks from Photos (as PDFs). When imported, they were given "Untitled" as their names, which I tried to change. But, like I said, after a restart, they changed back to "Untitled".

Is their anyway to fix this?

Unfortunately iBooks file manipulation is really limited at this point, and I don't know of any way to do it other than this workaround:

Use the share sheet to email the PDF to yourself. Then save to iCloud Drive via "Save Attachment":

From iCloud Drive you can freely change the file names.
