Renaming IPhone when syncing

We have several IPhones in our family. When we plug them in to sync it always says the person name such as John's Iphone or Mary's IPhone. I want to change the name of one of those. How can I do this?

You can do it on the iphone itself.
Settings/general/about/Name:

Or you can double click on the device name in iTunes and update it =)
