Renaming Native Apps iPod & Photos iOS 4.0.1

Where in the heck are these apps iPod and Photos 'infoplist.strings' and or 'info.plist' files? I am looking to rename or delete the native iPod and Photo App names from my homescreen to complete my theme..... I am completely out of ideas and my eyes hurt from using iFile all evening looking for them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Then edit infoPlist.strings.

It does help, the location of the infoplist.strings for the 'Photos' app was being a real pain in the back-side. Thank you very much, Lamplighter77!

The iPod App is being the last real heartache though...
