Rendering out a Motion project HELP

Hi Everyone,
I'm having issues with a Motion project. The project is 20 seconds long at a 1080p resolution. There's a problem every time I render it, the final product plays for a few seconds then skips and plays... for the full length of the timeline. Any advice would be great!

Which codec do you use? I've had the same thing when I used a bit too heavy codec and placed the file temporarily on the desktop. Not the fastest disk and also used by the OS and the programms. It just can't cope with the bitstream demands.

Try ProRes proxy, perhaps a different destination and see if it improves.

It generally helps to give some more info ;)
