Renew both lines on my plan for 1 big discount?

So not sure if anyone can answer this, but...

I have 2 lines on my account. Both are eligible for the 3G S 399/499 price. One is an iPhone while the other is a regular "dumb" phone as they call it...

If I up my contract on BOTH lines, can I get double the discount then if I just upped it on one line?
