Renting out my new Mac Pro?

I justified ordering a new Mac Pro for the video editing that I do for my small business, however i only need to use it about one day a week. (Yes I know, I BARELY justified it). I work in a professional coworking office environment that would facilitate me being able to rent out my "media desk" with the new Mac Pro for those who may benefit from using a high end computer from time to time. I'm thinking this might provide a little bit of income and help me justify my recent expense a little. There will be someone in the office at all times while someone is renting the computer. My question is this- what would someone be willing to pay for use of a set up media monster mac? By the hour or day? Also, I use FCPX almost exclusively for the work I do. What software might I consider purchasing to make the computer more desirable for others to use or rent? Finally, what measures do I need to take to keep the computer safe? I can physically lock it up in the desk and only have the apple display on the desk to allow access to USB and Thunderbolt drives. I'm worried more about the damage that could be done by the user inside the system.... Is OSX secure enough using a well setup user account system that I shouldn't have to worry about it too much? Are there additional considerations I should think about? Are there any software solutions that help manage an hourly user setup like this in terms of user access, security, or even billing?

Oh- I ordered a 6 core with d700s and a 500GB internal drive. I have a single 27" monitor and 2TB thunderbolt(1) drives. What else will high end users expect to have in an editing machine? I just ordered, and due to the backups in manufacturing I can still make changes to the order for a few days.
