Repacement iphone

My phone has been acting weird since day one and Rogers finally sent me a new one. However it didn't come in an apple sealed box. Someone said it might be refurbished if it's not in original packing. Is this true?

yes probably a refurb....and I think you meant to say "Replacement" your title reads: Repacement

Check your serial number. If it starts with a 5, it's a replacement. If it starts with an 8 it's new regardless of original seales box or not.
