Repack an iPhone backup?

Is there anyway I can extract an iPhone backup using iPhone backup extractor, take out my camera roll and texts from a newer one, and re-pack them into an older backup?

I'm running it in Parallels, and it's not loading any of my backups made in OSX itunes...

Nevermind, got it to read some but couldn't restore my current camera roll or messages to an old backup. Guess I'll just wait until the new jailbreak is released so then I can restore back to the old that didn't require the modified carrier settings, SSH in, and replace the old texts/cameraroll/photo database with the new ones.
