Repair disk

2010 MacBook Pro 15" / Mavericks
Whenever I run Check Drive from within Disk Utility, it returns errors.
Some in the catalog file, sometimes others. They all seem harmless to me, but even still Disk Utility tells me to restart in Recovery Mode and repair the disk.

And that's what I've done a number of times this past month, but it looks like the issues just come back after a while.

What to do?

That sounds like your drive is failing. Make sure you have a good backup and buy a replacement hard drive.
