repair needed iphone cannot make or receive calls RE-RELOADED

  • 16BG iPhone
  • cannot put into recovery mode... I can't even turn off the phone.
  • Tried various sim cards.
  • Don't know the firmware version.
  • I have various macs with various OS's, if that helps.
