Good night forum!

I own a mbp 15" (2017) and 2 days ago it’s screen started to fail (thanks, Flexgate, and thanks Apple for not assuming the error). Right now i can use it on an angle that makes it really difficult to use tbh.

I would like to know what you would do, repair it (almost 700€) and fingercross to aboid another flexgate (or another failure from the keyboard) or directly buy a 16" 2019 (or 2020 if they refresh it before september)?
Right now I can assume the cost of both options, but I have some kind of fear to be letted down by my 15" (I’m an Industrial Design student so I really need my computer to be ready for the action 24/7).

What should I do? Thanks in advance!

I make a living using my MBPs as I'm sure many, if not most, here do. So I can't have an unreliable system. I can't have a system that I don't trust either. If I had to buy something now, I'd get a 16, or a 13 if it would get the job done.
