I bought the 15 Inch MacBook Pro released last year (on April 2010) at a price of SGD $3188 (but i bought it at a discount of 25% which means SGD$2391)

15-inch: 2.66GHz
Intel Core i7
4-GB Memory
500-GB hard drive
SD card slot
Built-in battery (8-9 hour)
Intel HD Graphics
NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M with 512

UNFORTUNATELY, due to my carelessness, I spilled water on it in the middle of the night and it refuses to boot anymore. Took it to Apple for Repairs.. They quote me a whopping SGD $1800 for labor fee and a change of logic board.

Do you think i should sell of the remaining parts or go ahead with the repairs? I can't really sell it overseas or get the parts from overseas(even if its cheaper) since i'd still need to consider shipping cost as well as DIY (which i have never tried before)
