Repair permission in Time Capsule

I just bought a time capsule.
It was interrupted during I move folders to the hard drive. Folders turned to light-blue in colour.
Then I want to delete it to start again. But I can't delete it due to "The operation can’t be completed because you don’t have permission to access some of the items." Disk utility cant help obviously. Yet I don't want to erase hard drive.
What else can I do? Thanks.
