Repair permissions log...

My Macbook Pro has been causing me problems. I just tried to repair permissions tonight and it was huge. I shut down the computer and ran it again. That is what is attached to this post. What is going on? I just picked up SL and want to install it. Should I do a clean install or upgrade? I have a time capsule, but do I want to back-up and restore all my problems? Any thoughts on what is going on would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Problem with first attachment...

The first text file is not complete. I attached another file. My 500 GB HD failed (WD), so I bought a 1T time capsule. Thanks again.

Third time is a charm...

I need to get to sleep...My two year old wore me out today! A PDF copy of the log is finally attached. I am a wreck today.
