repair permissions question

I repaired permissions earlier and I keep getting these that won't be repaired. Is it anything to worry about? Any idea what the issue is?

Nope, nothing to worry about. Those pop up from time to time, generally on older OS X installs. (As in, copies that have been installed for a few months, not older versions.)
