Resolved repair permissions seems to work but it doesn't

hi everybody,

when i try to repair some permissions with disk utility or onyx, both apps say the permissions were repaired after the process is complete,but in fact, when i run the repair process again,the permissions steel appear.

how can i really repair them?

i'm running mac os 10.7.5
