Was to correct some permissions and I can not even fix this, I tried a few things and nothing, if someone knows and could help thanks.

Warning: SUID file "System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAgent" has been modified and will not be repaired.

hi ,.. I'm really new to all of this and i have the same message coming up on my macBP,.. been having some probs with it in the last few ,.. so not sure if thats the prob,.. basically are you saying that the message in disk utility is ,.. ok to ignore them??

Yes, if you're getting messages on that list, you can ignore them. It's really pretty clear.
