Hello just got a quick question about a repair with Apple. I'm just off the phone to my local store and the new battery for my MacBook Pro (2011) has arrived. The lady I was speaking to said I have to bring my MacBook in and they will replace it but didn't say when I should come in, will I have to book an appointment again or do I just take it in?

Since they have the item in store now, they should be able to do it any time. Just stay away from the store at peak hours of the day. If you go in in the morning, though, they should have it repaired and send you on your way within an hour.

Excellent! Going to take it in tomorrow morning then see how it goes :). My battery started displaying a service battery message and when i took it into apple they checked it and it was showing it was nearly consumed, only had 30 charge cycles.
