Repairing disk without OS X install disk?

I'll try to keep it short.
I've been experiencing choppy expose's, and have started a general clean up of my MBP.
I've all the basics (Onyx, permissions and so forth), but all that's left is the Repair Disk function through Disk Utility.
I've misplaced my installation disk, but have Windows installed. I was wondering if it'd be possible to repair the disk through Windows?

I'm running 10.6.2, and Windows 7.
